ScopeGuard Legal And Product Notice

Privacy

This page explains, in plain language, what the current ScopeGuard prototype stores and what it does not claim to do yet.

What This Prototype Stores

In this prototype, ScopeGuard stores basic account information needed for sign-in, such as a name, email address, and a hashed password.

If you create or edit project intakes, the project content you enter may also be stored so you can return to it later within your workspace.

Session And Access Data

ScopeGuard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in to the protected workspace.

That session is used only to manage access and does not mean the product is collecting full production-grade analytics or identity data.

Public Demo Content

The public demo uses read-only sample scenarios designed for illustration.

Those demo scenarios may be fictional or adapted and are separate from private workspace projects.

How To Think About Privacy In This Prototype

ScopeGuard is still a work in progress and is not presented as a production-grade data platform yet.

Do not treat the prototype as the right place to store sensitive, regulated, or confidential business information until appropriate security, governance, and legal review are in place.

Contact

If you are evaluating this prototype and have questions about the current privacy posture or what data is being stored in your environment, contact the project owner before using it with real business information.
