These lightweight prototype terms set expectations for how ScopeGuard can be used during evaluation, demo, and limited testing.

Prototype Use

ScopeGuard is a prototype and evaluation product. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or removed at any time.

Using the product means you understand that workflows, outputs, and interface behavior may change as the prototype evolves.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the product, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, scrape protected content, or use the prototype for unlawful activity.

Do not upload or submit information you do not have the right to use.

Decision-Support Only

ScopeGuard is intended to help structure project intake and readiness review. It does not make decisions for you and does not replace sponsor, governance, financial, legal, compliance, or delivery judgment.

You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any score, report, recommendation, or approval posture before relying on it.

No Warranty

The product is provided as is and as available for demonstration and limited testing use.

No warranty is made regarding uptime, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.

Ownership And Restricted Use

ScopeGuard, its branding, demo content, interface patterns, and supporting materials remain proprietary.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the product or its contents except where explicitly allowed in writing.

Demo And Sandbox Access

Public demo content is read-only and provided for illustration. Sandbox access, where offered, is for temporary evaluation and should not be treated as a production environment.

Sandbox or demo workspace content may be cleared, rotated, or removed without notice.
